After seeing the profile of the day I've noted the recommended tyre pressures for the back up car! I've also purchased two fifteen litre water carriers. All I've got left to do is check the ingredients needed for the HIGH energy flapjacks.
Well done Ruth xx. I can vouch for her excellent backup abilities. She even bought the beer and nibbles for the end of the last one.....I actually put on weight the last time I did the coast to coast!
